CENNEXT’s clients are fast-growing tech companies driving innovation in manufacturing. We’re looking for an experienced IT Project Manager to lead cross-functional teams and deliver impactful digital solutions on a global scale.

Are you skilled at managing complex projects, aligning teams, and ensuring smooth delivery? If you excel in agile project management, stakeholder coordination, and driving results — this role is for you. Join a dynamic, international team where technology meets innovation.

What You Will Do:

  • - Own day-to-day project delivery across multiple workstreams (Dev, Design, Content).
  • - Run intake/kickoff, clarify scope & acceptance criteria, and break work into tickets/tasks.
  • - Build timelines, assign owners, track dependencies, and manage changes/risks.
  • - Keep projects up to date in Workflow (proprietary) or Asana (boards/lists, priorities, due dates).
  • - Lead standups/check-ins; write meeting notes, action items, and follow-ups.
  • - Coordinate handoffs & QA (checklists, UAT, sign-off).
  • - Provide clear status updates to clients and internal teams.
  • - Collaborate with the Content, Design, and Dev team; align tasks and handoffs across the three.

What We Offer:

  • - Competitive salary, negotiable based on capability.
  • - 85% salary during probation, with annual salary review.
  • - 13th-month salary, holiday bonuses, and Best Member awards.
  • - Training and development programs (technical & language).
  • - Opportunities to work on international projects with global clients.
  • - Social & health insurance, paid leave, and benefits according to Vietnamese Labor Law.

Qualifications:

    Must-have

  • - 3–4+ years in digital/agency project management or coordination (WordPress/marketing/creative).
  • - Strong English communication (B2+): run client calls, write clear emails/updates.
  • - Hands-on with Asana / Jira / Basecamp (or similar) and Google Workspace.
  • - Proven ability to manage multiple tracks (Dev/Design/Content) simultaneously and hit deadlines.
  • - Working knowledge across all three areas to coordinate owners (no hands-on coding or design required):
  • - Dev: WordPress workflows, environments, page builders/Gutenberg, common issues; can read basic HTML/CSS to describe problems to Dev.
  • - Design: layout & visual hierarchy, typography, spacing, color, responsive breakpoints; can review Figma/Sketch/XD and run visual QA (e.g., Pastel).
  • - Content & SEO: briefs, editorial handoffs, on-page SEO hygiene (title/meta, alt, internal links) and link-ready deliverables.
  • - Comfortable working Night Shift.

Nice to have

  • - Familiarity with WP Engine workflow (staging/backups/go-live) to coordinate with Dev.
  • - Tools: Pastel (visual QA), Google Search Console basics, page-builder/Gutenberg awareness.
  • - Experience coordinating QA/UAT and smoke tests after releases.

Working Hours & Location:

    • - Working hours: 19:00 - 04:00 (1 hour break), off 2 Saturdays per month and all Sundays.
    • - Remote/ Work from home.
