CENNEXT’s clients are fast-growing digital technology companies, pushing boundaries in the world of manufacturing and beyond. We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive WordPress QC Engineer who can ensure every website we deliver is pixel-perfect, responsive, accessible, and meets modern performance standards. You’ll manually test websites built from Figma or Adobe XD and work closely with designers, developers, and occasionally clients to maintain top-tier quality.

What You Will Do:

• - Compare live WordPress builds to Figma/XD designs with pixel-level precision.
• - Test responsiveness and cross-browser compatibility.
• - Validate Core Web Vitals (LCP, FID, CLS) using Lighthouse or GTmetrix.
• - Ensure accessibility (WCAG 2.1 AA): color contrast, alt text, keyboard navigation, ARIA labels.
• - Review content, layout, and SEO basics before launch.
• - Report issues clearly and follow up via Jira, ClickUp, or Trello.
• - Provide clear status updates to clients and internal teams.
• - Communicate actively with team members to resolve issues quickly and efficiently.

Qualifications:

Must-have

• - 2-3+ years in digital/agency project management or coordination (WordPress/marketing/creative).
• - Strong English communication (B2+): run client calls, write clear emails/updates.
• - Hands-on with Asana / Jira / Basecamp (or similar) and Google Workspace.
• - Proven ability to manage multiple tracks (Dev/Design/Content) simultaneously and hit deadlines.
• - Working knowledge across all three areas to coordinate owners (no hands-on coding or design required):
• - Dev: WordPress workflows, environments, page builders/Gutenberg, common issues; can read basic HTML/CSS to describe problems to Dev.
• - Design: layout & visual hierarchy, typography, spacing, color, responsive breakpoints; can review Figma/Sketch/XD and run visual QA (e.g., Pastel).
• - Content & SEO: briefs, editorial handoffs, on-page SEO hygiene (title/meta, alt, internal links) and link-ready deliverables.
• - Comfortable working Night Shift.

Nice to have

• - Experience checking site speed, SEO, or structured data.
• - Basic familiarity with Git or deployment workflows.

Working Hours & Location:

• - Working hours: 07:00 - 16:00 (1 hour break), off 2 Saturdays per month and all Sundays.
• - Long-term commitment, willing to work overtime on holidays and Tet (overtime pay available).
• - Location: Remote (WFH)/ Office: 22 Thanh Cong Street, Giang Vo Ward, Hanoi.
