Wordpress Designer | Night Shift

If your strengths include UI design in Figma, web and marketing assets, and collaborating closely with developers and content teams, then this role is for you.

What You Will Do:

• Design web page layouts and marketing visuals that follow brand systems and are handoff‑ready for Dev/Content.
• Produce marketing content as needed: banners/ad designs for retargeting and paid/social; infographics; eBooks/long-form PDFs; and basic short videos (image + text + background music).
• Work primarily in Figma (priority): auto‑layout, components, variants, responsive breakpoints; prepare specs and asset exports.
• Create/clean vector assets in Adobe Illustrator; optimize images for web.
• Join client/internal calls to take notes, confirm requirements, and produce clear design briefs and updates.
• Support visual QA (e.g., via Pastel): compare build vs design, flag issues, and coordinate fixes with Dev/Content.
• Contribute to patterns and UI libraries to keep output consistent and fast.

Qualifications:

Must-have

• English T2/T3 (B1–B2+) to join calls, take notes, and write clear updates.
• Strong Figma skills (components, constraints, responsive thinking, developer handoff).
• Proficiency with Adobe Illustrator (vector cleanup, iconography, simple illustrations).
• Understanding of web‑first design: visual hierarchy, typography, spacing, color, accessibility basics.
• Experience preparing assets for WordPress builds; comfortable coordinating with Dev/Content.
• Comfortable working Night Shift.

Nice to have

• Basic motion/video editing for short clips (After Effects / Premiere / CapCut / Canva).
• Familiarity with InDesign (long‑form) or After Effects (simple motion) for campaigns.
• Pastel/Jira/Asana usage; awareness of Gutenberg/page builders to design feasibly.

Working Hours & Location:

• Working hours: 19:00 - 04:00 (1 hour break), off 2 Saturdays per month and all Sundays.
• Remote/ Work from home.
