• We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical SEO Specialist to join our team. Initially, this role will heavily focus on conducting comprehensive SEO Technical Audits to check on a variety of technical-based metrics and factors in an effort to boost our clients' SEO performance. You will be responsible for diagnosing site issues, establishing clear resolution steps, and collaborating with Web Development teams to implement fixes. While the immediate focus is technical, this role will evolve to encompass broader SEO strategies and tasks over time.

I. What You Will Do:

• Technical SEO Auditing: Conduct thorough technical audits on an annual basis, or multiple times throughout the course of a client program year.
• Analytics & Tracking: Install, configure, and troubleshoot Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), and Google Search Console across main domains and subdomains.
• Site Architecture & Performance: Identify and map resolutions for redirect chains, 404/5xx errors, canonical issues, and orphaned pages. Optimize URL structures and review robots.txt and XML/HTML sitemaps. Ensure proper SSL/HTTPS implementation and monitor site speed.
• On-Page & Mobile Optimization: Audit page-level elements including Page Titles, Meta Descriptions, H1/H2 tags, and keyword cannibalization. Ensure mobile responsiveness and seamless user experience across devices.
• SEO & Off-Page: Audit search presence, ensuring Name, Address, and Phone (NAP) consistency across sites, Google Business Profiles, and citation tools like Yext. Manage backlink health by reviewing and submitting disavow files when necessary.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the Web Development team to hand off technical tasks (e.g., implementing 301 redirects, adding schema, fixing site speed issues) and communicate strategy requirements for client approval.
• Broader SEO Initiatives: While the initial focus is heavily rooted in technical auditing, you will also be expected to support and execute other standard SEO tasks as needed. This may include keyword research, on-page content optimization, competitor analysis, and performance reporting as client campaigns evolve.

III. Qualifications:

• English T2 (B2+): can join calls, take notes, write clear updates.
• Proven experience conducting deep-dive technical SEO audits.
• Advanced proficiency with industry-standard SEO tools: Screaming Frog, Semrush, and Google Search Console.
• Strong working knowledge of tracking deployments using Google Tag Manager and GA4.
• Understanding of website architecture, server responses (HTTP status codes), and mobile-first indexing factors.
• Ability to clearly document issues and provide actionable "How to Resolve" instructions for web developers.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to identify competitor landscapes and benchmark top competitors.

IV. Working Hours:

• Working hours: 07:00 - 16:00 (1 hour break), off 2 Saturdays per month and all Sundays.
